GARY — Community members, elected officials and organization leaders on Wednesday celebrated the ribbon cutting of the new Tolleston Opportunity Campus in Gary, featuring a YMCA, Boys & Girls Club, Methodist Hospital CareFirst clinic and Wintrust bank.
